As he followed Casidy thoughts came like rain to Caiden. Why was he actually following her? Because he thought she looked good? Because he really had no other choice? Maybe he wanted to get to know her and what lay underneath all the deception or what else she was still hiding? Whatever it was stopped as Casidy did and faced him. As her tone slowly escalated in anger Caiden crossed his arms and waited for her to finish. Gently touching his hair a breeze swept through the forest as if triggered by the anger felt by the woman before him. When she had finished he took in a deep breath and tried to calm himself. He couldn't deny that her little attack had thrown him off balance and he was struggling to gain back his bearings. And by the time he was back in control she was storming off after having insulted him even further. That was it. Seemed like he had no choice. If she wasn't going to listen to him but put him through her own rant then she was going to hear him out. Whether she liked it or not. Mind set Caiden ran after her. " Hey! Wait!" when she didn't slow he sped up and grabbed her shoulder. She seemed to struggle so Caiden exerted a little strength and held her before he kicked her feet out from under her and pushed Casidy to the ground. Knocking her down he straddled her and held her wrists to the ground. His hair fell down around his face as he breathed out slowly before talking. " Now listen here, Casidy, I have done nothing to you. Nothing. So chill out. True he may be the angel of death but that could involve a few things. First off I've never heard of an angel of life so what I think that is if he is the Angel of Death then he can not only take life but reverse that process and give it back to those he has taken. He took away our life therefore he must have the power to give it right back to us. Second I made it to age 23 because I am not a fool. I may be good with words but it's not a good idea to say words and not be able to defend them if it comes down to it. I have muscle, yes, but I also have brains and skills other than with my mouth. I've been fighting since I was a kid. It started as me having bullies kick my ass everyday at school and then I learned to not take their shit. Then I grew older and learned I could fight whenever I wanted to so me and my friends made our own fight club to spar against each other and bring different fighting styles to the group. I'm no sissy little rich kid as you might think. And I know you're not stupid enough to think I wasn't even a little wary of you to begin with. I've been on my guard since I heard your deceiving voice back there in the clearing." done with his rant Caiden took a few more deeper breaths as he had just talked all of the air out of himself. Now he started to feel awkward being atop her with his legs on either side. It seemed wrong but it was easy enough considering he weighed more than her and also had his strength as leverage to hold her down until she talked. " I'm sorry I'm holding you down but its the only way I knew to stop you long enough to talk." his eyes showed his sincerity but also his determination that he wouldn't let her up until he heard her talk and calm down. But as he looked down he couldn't help but look into her eyes. Eyes covered over with strands of her hair but were still beautiful. It took his breath away and he barely managed to not blush. She was beautiful and he was slowly becoming more enamored with her. Her body underneath him felt warm and he could also feel the curves of her waist against his legs and see the curve of her breast arcing up toward him. He shook his head and looked back into her eyes trying not to let his own stray and distract him.

The wind started to calm down a little, leaving the forest in a deceptive quiet. But Casidy couldn't even hear her steps crunch along the fallen leaves, due to the heavy pounding of her heart in her ears. she was angry, pissed and wanted to get as far from him as possible. Evidently, that wasn't possible. Casidy didn't even hear him approach her, expecting him to run from her anger like a good boy should. What she didn't expect was for him to touch her, or struggle with her. It took her by surprise and that was the only reason she didn't automatically hit him in his throat, crushing the adams apple into his airway. Most guys expect a girl to go under the belt, but their neck was just as vulnerable. She struggled slightly, in shock, expecting him to release her since he got her attention, but again, he did the unexpected. After he flipped her, he was quick to pin her before she could move. Outraged at her own stupidity, she growled at him. She shouldn't have underestimated him. She was so busy trying to be underestimated, and he turned her trick around on her. Livid, she stared up at him and struggled against his hold. Knowing that in this situation, she should keep her mouth shut, she couldn't help but make her own comments. She started before he even started talking. "Couldn't wait to get me on my back, huh?" but he seemed to annoyed to listen and talked quickly. He probably couldn't hear her though, not like it mattered. The comments were only for her sake, to keep her pride, probably. He continued to talk, as if he needed to get what he wanted to say out fast before he could stop himself. She couldn't help but laugh at his lack of understanding about mythology. "The Angel of death doesn't kill us, only escorts our souls to where ever they are supposed to go.." she said easily. Casidy tried to hold back a laugh when he told her that he had other skills then with his mouth. She knew he probably didn't mean to make it sound dirty, but to her it did. And she couldn't help but look at said mouth. It was then that she noticed that he did have a nice mouth. It was fuller then most guys but it didn't make him look feminine, but it looked inviting. She licked hr suddenly dry lips before his words brought her back to what he was saying. She noticed that she had tuned out most of what he was saying, and he had finished with something to do with her deceptive voice. She smiled before he continued to speak. Of course he would apologize to her. She wouldn't have. She would do whatever she wanted and didn't care what other people thought. The fact that he was saying he was sorry for his tactics undid some of the good he had done by his little show of power. But over all, she couldn't help but say that she was impressed. "You done now?" she asked, her voice catching a little when she noticed where his eyes were traveling. She was breathing heavily still from her anger, and now the adrenalin in her body from being pinned. Her body was instincts were saying to escape and as soon as she noticed his attention, she started to struggle again. It wasn't so much that he scared her, but her own attraction towards him was making her nervous. She just wanted to move, get back to the castle, or near that little waterfall she saw, and think, by herself. She didn't like people and didn't want to. After a few moments, she realized that he wasn't going to let her up yet until he got what he wanted, whatever that was. She guessed it was an apology of her own, or maybe her life-story. She didn't really know. Narrowing her eyes, she stopped struggling. It wasn't doing much good anyways. Not only couldn't she get out, but she was rubbing herself against his warmth and moving certain parts of her anatomy that he already glanced at. Casidy tried to calm her breathing and looked back at his eyes. What could she say? What did he want her to say? What should she do to make him let her up. Did she even want him to move? Cas shook those thoughts from her head. They weren't doing her any good. Only bad things came from attraction. She knew that. And she wasn't going to learn that lesson again. So she just glared up at him, hoping that it would mask the fact that she was attracted to him. She could only hope.

" Well I guess that rules out any argument I had then. So the Angel of Death is just some bored angel who decided to choose us as his playthings. So what? Probably better than anything else we would have gotten I'd think." his eyes searched hers for some hint at what she was thinking but he couldn't keep her eyes focused on him. Hers seemed so distracted in a way he couldn't grasp completely but he knew what he would like that distraction to be. The thoughts came unbidden into his mind. Every time he let his mind wander it went straight back to her and him. Thoughts he knew he shouldn't have yet they were there whether he wanted them or not. He knew he did want them but at the same time he didn't wish them. They weren't because he was a guy and she a girl but rather because he felt an odd attraction to this particular girl and something about her. Caiden couldn't quite pin what it was about her but there was a quality she had that drew him to her like a magnet. He heard her question and for a few seconds it didn't register with his mind, such was his distraction. After a few minute however he came to and said," I suppose I'm done. Though there is one more thing....but I'm not sure..." his words started to trail off and he forgot he was speaking out loud when he began talking to himself," No, Caiden, you can't...You only just met her and even if you do that you don't know how she will react. You're gonna get the shit kicked out of you...." he looked back at her and realized he had been in fact speaking aloud. Rosey color flushed his cheeks and soon went away. One thought was now in his head and however it turned out he was determined. Pain itself couldn't convince him to reconsider now. He had felt her struggle and noticed the way her chest moved beneath him and even felt the reluctant struggle of her hips. He thought maybe she too was thinking along the same lines as him. Taking a big breath and exhaling slowly Caiden whispered to Casidy," I don't know why or how but I feel a strange attraction to you, Casidy. It's never felt like this before with any girl. My heart feels light as a feather and is like to be blown away with the next wind that sifts through your beautiful hair and across those luscious lips of yours. Your very eyes bring the color rushing to my face and paint them as wonderful a shade as the rich blood that seeps from an open wound. i can't stand this..." leaning forward he let go his hold on her wrists and cupped her face on either side with his soft and gentle hands. Her skin burned his palms with an icy cold shiver of delight. As his face neared hers he closed his eyelids ever so slowly and finally his lips met hers. That first touch was a lightning strike to the mouth. This must have been what surviving a lightning bolt to the heart felt like. The rush of his blood pounded in his ears and blocked out any other noise but the quiet brushing of his lips against hers. Never had he dreamt that a kiss would spark such life in himself. Her lips tasted as a rose smells and were soft like the sight of a cumulus cloud. Whatever came from this he was well ready for the repercussions for it was completely and utterly worth it.

((wow.. you just lost your man-card, )) Casidy heard his comment that was supposed to be for himself, and couldn't hold back a slight laugh. "You right, I will kick your ass," she told him, her voice still quivering from trying to hold back a laugh. A smile on her lips, as she thought him a fool. She had been struggling to get away from him, out of his hold, though she did feel the attraction. She admitted that to herself, but would never act on it. the last time she reacted on any attraction, it had been to Chuck, and that turned out badly. She had been drawn by his power and position. It wasn't that his person was very physically appealing. Casidy reminded herself of her past issues so that she could remember that she wanted up, wanted away. Then she noticed he started to talk again. It was an interesting set of words, very flowery and weird. She admitted they were beautiful, but she expected that. What she didn't expect is for him to say them to someone he just met.. especially her. She kept eyecontact with him until he was done. About to tell him just where he can stuff his words, Casidy was surprised when he acted on them by kissing her. No one ever dared to do that. To kiss Casidy was a death sentence. After one kiss, their life expectancy went way down. It wasn't that Casidy really cared. She caused half the things that happened to those men, but she didn't expect this guy to come on to her in this way. It took her a moment to recover from the shock. Then her body started to react against her instincts again. And she found herself kissing him back. No, no no no... make this stop, Casidy.. her mind shouted. She knew that she should follow it, but wondered if it mattered anymore. Hands now free, she brought her hands up to his shoulders before pushing him into a roll and switching their positions. There was a smile on her face as she kissed him again, then moved to trail kisses along his jaw to his ear. Her breathing was labored and she had to catch her breath a little, before she could speak. In that time, she gently bit his earlobe before licking the sting away. Her hands were on his shoulders still, holding her body a little away from his. Her red hair created a curtain around them as she started to whisper. "Wow.. your words were beautiful, and its true.. i feel the same way. I do like you.. a lot.. and I think you can make me a better person. You are intriguing and.. and.. give me an abundance of happyness. Oh.. what am I saying.. I've never felt this way.. your the one.. lets get married.." she ended on a laugh, she tried to hold it in through her whole speech, her smile hidden next to his ear. She kept the laugh out of her voice until she said the last part. It was just too much. Getting off him, she continued to laugh, backing to a tree and leaning against it as her stomach muscles retracted almost painfully. She tried to breath as she fell to the forest floor in laughter. "Wow..." she started in between bouts of laughter. "you... read...way..to many crappy.. romance novels.." she finished, quickly wiping the tears away that fell with her laughter. This was too funny. but as she calmed her laughing, she looked back at him. "Two people lost on an island after death, they must come together to save their sanity. One was killed by a gang, the other lead one. The differences seem too great, but their undeniable attraction takes them both by surprise. only he will break down the wall of ice around her heart. Will their love conquer death? ..... That would be the cover of this story.. terrible isn't it? Wait.. don't answer that. Casidy took a deep breath before standing up. She looked him over with a smile before meeting his eyes again. "You do have talented lips," she winked, "Now get up, romeo... you have intrigued me enough to take you to the castle. You are more entertaining then the other children here." she told him and started walking towards the castle. They had gone several meters west when they needed to go south, so this time when Casidy set off, she had to adjust her direction to compensate for the way she stormed off before. Casidy didn't want to admit it, but she did feel kind of how he felt.. but that was only for her to know.

The expected reaction Caiden thought of turned out to be completely false. It completely surprised him when Casidy actually turned him over and kissed him back even more than he had her. His own return of her kisses surprised him by how much he put into them. Thrilling was a poor term to apply to how great this feeling of ecstasy was. When she spoke and confirmed that she liked him too he felt his heart nearly explode with joy. And then she confirmed that she had been in a gang but not only that had been the leader. It came as another surprise when he found he could care far less about her past. It was the present that truly mattered to Caiden and he knew it wasn't Casidy who killed him therefore he blew off the whole knowledge of her gang affiliation. Her laughter broke his reverie and opened his ears to a whole new level of bliss. Her laughter struck a melody in his mind that was pure bliss. He couldn't believe that what he felt might be love nor that it could have happened so fast. This was impossible. They had met barely half an hour ago if not an hour and already his heart was throwing ropes around this girl and tying him to her. I must be completely out of my mind right now. How how how can I have fallen at such an impossible rate for her? It doesn't make sense in the least yet I cannot deny the truth of it. I have fallen and fallen quick. As swift as the Peregrine falcon may plummet from the sky. My heart is a falcon that has closed its wings and made the impossible dive possible. Her comment on his 'talented lips' made him laugh. " Oh my my sweet, Casidy, your words only embolden and taunt my lips further. Seduction is not a common skill yet you have seduced me with your beauty and pretty words far quicker than I have ever done." he smiled and when she started to walk off he followed quickly. " So...Romeo am I? And if I am correct you would be my Juliet? An most pleasant thought I think. If I remember it correctly one quote from the very play goes: 'How silver-sweet lovers' tongues by night, like softest music to attending ears' I think I have it right" he smiled sweetly and kissed Casidy's neck as they walked. He laughed once more at the fact he had actually remembered a line from Romeo and Juliet. It had never been his absolute favorite but a favorite regardless. In fact he had read it quite a few times just because it was such a beautiful tale of two lovers. They hadn't been allowed to be together but they met anyways and their love was splendid and lit up the world as Juliet was said by Romeo to light up his world as if the very sun itself. Caiden had admired Romeo's undying and unwavering devotion to Juliet and he had fought for it. His family even could not stand in his way of loving what they called the enemy and he the most wondrous girl he had ever laid eyes upon or fallen in love with.

The wind picked up once more, resending the promise of danger floating through the dark forest. It was an unnatural wind, suddenly warm as if a great beast was breathing throughout the forest. Something was changing, something bad was happening and Casidy knew who to blame. One of the Angels who brought them here. They were enjoying this little show, no doubt. It was the only excitement on the whole island, besides when the two lovebirds got lost in the maze closer to the house. that was amusing. Casidy even watched from her window on the third floor. Was this whole attraction the angel's fault. Were they trying to make the island more interesting? Cas didn't know, but intended to take no part in it. She was never one for entertaining others. It was her that counted. She was the only one she knew that really existed, after all. These people could be a way for the angel to toy with her. She could be the only one on this island, though she doubted that was the case. The floor of the forest was lit by stay moonbeams, making it possible to see, and avoid the sticks that were cluttering her path. She would much rather concentrate on what was on the ground then listen to what Caiden was saying. Though she did in deed hear him. he was rambling about love. Hah, what a pitiful emotion. It didn't exist. It was just chemicals in your brain making you believe that this person is meant to be with you. And it is always just infatuation, masquerading as love. The real stuff only happened once in a blue moon and so infatuation just liked to trick people so that they do interesting things before it left them hurt. Only time can tell weather it is love or the pretender, and Casidy had never felt love, therefore didn't believe herself capable. she didn't even have the feelings for her family that others explained about. Casidy didn't know why she was thinking about love, it was a waste of time anyways. But her thoughts disappeared when he kissed her neck. She glared at him, growling in warning. "What, in your mind, did I do to give you permission to do that?" she asked, her voice low, and angry. He seemed happy about this attraction, and Cas was not. She turned her head quickly back to watch where she was going. "I wasn't comparing you to Romeo but saying that you are trying to act like one. And I am not your Juliet. There is no way I would kill myself because of a guy. He would be the one in pain for making me feel suck despicable feelings. They were just two teenagers infatuated with eachother and always wanting what they couldn't have. And in the end, I believe they died.. I don't think it is exactly a good 'love' story if that's the case. So just keep your thoughts in the matter to yourself.. And go chase another Juliet, I'm sure there will be many girls who would fall for your your words. They are air after all. They mean nothing, but are essential to other people, but I am the blood. If you put an air bubble in the blood.. the body dies quickly.. get it? I don't want your words.. And I don't want you kissing me." she told him before realizing that they were outside the forest now. It had turned dark, and that thought made her tired. She didn't sleep the night before, and now that it was dark again, her body was begging her for sleep while she can. Shaking off the feeling, she took him into the maze, the only way to get to the castle from the forest. She had remembered the way from when she explored it and therefore didn't think too much about where she was going. "Ok, things you might need to know about the castle.. The room with the food, always has food, it never goes bad and it changes with the meals. The rooms, you just put your name outside one and it is yours. Your clothes are automatically put in the closet, and after wearing them put them in the laundry basket. They will be cleaned and put in the closet again by morning. If you put clothes in the garbage and think about something else you want.. it will appear there. It works for other things besides just clothes. there are secret passageways everywhere..Even I don't know them all. Besides that.. I don't know much else.. find it out on your own.." she told him as she exited the maze. The castle was huge, and there were places that she hadn't gone yet. But she was eager to get in her rooms and be alone again, so she headed up the stairs to the second, and then third floor. She tried to open the first door and it was locked. Looking up, all the doors but her's had their signs taken away, meaning that people couldn't take the rooms. "Looks like you will have to take a room on the second level.. bye" she told him quickly and walked into her room and shut the door quickly. She was going to let him figure the rest on on his own. She didn't care what he did anymore. She was done with him. But his scent clung to her, making her remember him clearer. That made her angry. He had no right to cling to her thoughts. She just hoped that she didn't see him again. With her back to the door still, Casidy slid to the floor, closing her eyes for a moment to try to think of something else, like blood. Blood was good.

To be perfectly honest Caiden couldn't think of any way he could argue with Casidy. There were points that were arguable but for the most part she was set in what she said and wouldn't budge so he gave up on the lost cause when he saw it. He kept following her all the way through the maze and into the castle though. He had no other choice and no other that he would choose over having the company of Casidy. Her presence made his seem less inadequate even though she seemed so rude and heartless. He had seen her open up for that brief amount of time when he had kissed her and she couldn't take it back. She hadn't been lying when she told him she felt the same as him. And yet it seemed like now she just wanted to hide from that fact. She had openly admitted to an interest in him and it seemed as if she was scared of it or just plain didn't want it. Probably thought it was weak or something is all Caiden took from it. Seeing as how she had said that love was a despicable feeling and she'd rather kill Romeo than kill herself for love of him. Maybe she didn't see how strong Juliet's love for him was nor understand it completely as Caiden believed he could imagine. In the castle though Casidy explained things he would need to know and he half-heartedly listened as he realized she was going to leave him. So when she said something about secret passageways or that he should find a room on the second level he barely heard her. So when she suddenly was behind her door with it between them he was shocked back into the now and he looked around him. What am I supposed to do now? Did she say something about the second level? Guessing he should just take her advice he found the stairs that led upwards and followed them slowly and reluctantly. On the second level he had no idea where he should go. There were a bunch of doors but he couldn't remember what he was supposed to look for. He checked each door but they were all locked. At the end of the hallway he took a right and started to meander through what seemed like an eternity of rights and lefts, ups and downs, fronts and backs until he found another door. This one didn't look as if it would disappoint him so he tested it and sure enough it opened. Stepping through the door he walked backwards the close the door behind him and when he turned around there was Casidy staring at him in what seemed a dumbfounded expression or some unreadable emotion. Thinking he had better explain himself quick he stammered out," I-I'm so s-sorry Casidy. i didn't mean to walk in on you. I went t-to the second floor and all the doors were locked and then I followed this hallway that lead me to the door I just came through." he gestured behind him and looked but the door seemed to no long be there. He turned back around and frowned apologetically at Casidy," Well it was just right there I swear. Umm...well I can't find any room that was open. Every place I tried was locked. Would you mind if I just stayed the night here with you? I won't be a bother promise. I just don't want to drag myself all over the castle."

Closing her eyes, Casidy took a deep breath and decided that she should probably get up and go to bed. she was tired after all and she hadn't slept much. But, I don't want to get up.. she groaned inwardly before taking another deep breath to ready herself for the exertion of energy it would take to pull herself up and drag herself to her bed. But as she opened her eyes again. she noticed a movement in her wall. It wasn't there before and she suddenly wondered if she was hallucinating again. She did that sometimes when she was really tired. But as the wall moved out, forming a door, someone stepped out of it. she hadn't known that there was another way into her room and was instantly nervous. Cas liked to know everything about where he was. She didn't like being left vulnerable in any way, and that was a vulnerability that she didn't know was there. Her first thought was to put something in front of it so that it didn't open again. Her second thought was What the FUCK?, as she noticed who it was. Groaning outwardly this time, she rolled her eyes until they were closed. "Not you again.." she said before opening her eyes only to find out that he was really there. it would have figured that her imagination would play that kind of trick on her, but no.. the Angel would play this trick on her. How else would he coincidentally get into her room? Pushing herself from the floor, she managed a small shrug. "Fine whatever.. you get the couch.. if you step one foot in my room, i will shave your head then skelp you. Tomorrow, however.. You're out of here." Casidy headed for her room where she promptly shut the door then went to her closet to see what there was to wear to bed. But again she was surprised. Not only were her clothes in there, but his seemed to be as well. That only meant one thing... somehow, the Angel got the idea that he was staying there. Anger rose in her quickly, pumping adrenalin into her blood, giving her the energy she needed to fuel her fury. Casidy threw her door open and stormed up to Caiden, murder clearly written across her face and in her eyes. She was surprised her voice came out even as she snapped at him. "Whatever you have done! UNDO IT NOW! you obviously convinced the angel that you are staying here, and I understand that you are a wimpy creep, but I don't give a fuck. You are not staying here! This is MY PLACE! NOT YOURS" she didn't care that she was being very irrational. She knew in the back of her mind that he hadn't done anything... but it still made her angry. She was visibly shaking and breathing hard as her body felt like it was running a marathon because of the amount of adrenalin in her system.

Exhaling a huge breath in a sigh of relief Caiden walked over to the couch. " Thank you. I promise...I'll leave if that's what you want tomorrow." barely had he spoken than she stormed into her room leaving him there alone. The couch did look kind of comfortable so he guessed he should be grateful for that at least instead of her saying he'd have to sleep on the floor. The floor was carpeted true but it didn't look all too inviting. Might as well get comfortable. Hope she doesn't come back in here otherwise I'll probably get yelled at for this too. He smirked at the thought of her flipping on him. She may have something hidden that could prove her dangerous but it didn't change that she was even cuter when angry. Back to what he was doing Caiden gripped the bottom of his tee and slid the shirt over his head and threw it down beside the couch. No sooner had the shirt touched the carpet than Casidy came charging back into the room. Her expression obviously willing her to do something irrational like punch him or just plain hurt him. If looks could've killed then Caiden thought he might have died a few times over by now just from the glare she gave him. And then her anger twisted her lips to form the words that blared forth and assaulted his ears relentlessly. Caiden crossed his arms and with a blank face stared at Casidy as she ranted for what seemed the millionth time that night. When she was done he asked calmly," Done with your little fit now are you? First off you can talk to me in a normal voice and I'll hear you just as well as I did with you yelling. Second i didn't do anything so back off. As I recall it was you not me that got knocked to the ground back in the forest so as for wimpy I think you have me beaten." his own eyebrows were mashed together now as his frustration surfaced for once. " I appreciate your generosity in allowing me to room with you for the night but if you want to be a bitch then I'll just take my leave now. I've tried being nothing but polite to you and instead of acknowledging it you spit on it and call it weak. For all your swagger your just a whiny little girl who tries to play other people kindness off as weak because you haven't had people decent enough to treat you with respect in your life. And no fear doesn't count as respect. respect has become a warped term used by many to say that others can be scared into respecting power but thats bullshit. So what do you say? Should I just leave you? Apparently I'm not welcome here..." he glared back at her now. His body was shaking with small tremors. He wouldn't let his anger out on her. Hitting her would be weak of him for having poor self-control and he didn't intend on losing it. Turning to the couch he bent over and grabbed his shirt before he turned back around and threw the shirt onto his shoulder. He couldn't help the sub-conscious flex of his stomach as he suppressed his anger. All of his muscles were clenched and ready for anything though mainly just to hold himself in.

It took Casidy a moment after she was done ranting to notice that he was shirtless. She could feel her anger changing to something completely different and tried her hardest to hold on to that spike of rage. He was shirtless. In her dorm-type room. Calling her a bitch? It was then that her mind took in all the information he was saying. He was obviously angry at her for her behavior she didn't care. She never cared what people thought of her and wasn't going to start now. She didn't have to listen her him. Her anger grew again. "I'm not fucking whining, you Asstard. You are the one who has invaded my life, death... whatever. So you pinned me. You took me by surprise and I underestimated you. Obviously it will never happen again. You have been talking like an idiot since I met you and you invaded my rooms. You are standing here, shirtless, for what reason? You wouldn't like it if i went to your house and took off my shirt, would you? Never mind don't answer that. "And another thing. I never asked you to be nice to me. I would rather you say what you really felt instead of quoting Shakespeare. Get fucking angry, dammit. And then get your fucking things and get out of my place. I'm not kidding. I don't care why it happen or how.. but you need to remove your clothes from my closet before I remove a piece of your anatomy.. got it?" she growled, taking a knife from the sheath that she kept on her boot. She noticed his muscles before and again when she stood with her blade in her hand. She tried to keep her eyes from straying as she watched his body to try and predict his movements. But she knew that she needed to calm down. This irrational anger wasn't going to help her fight. She needed her mind free to think about things other than how irritating he was. Why was he affecting her so much?

Interesting choice of an insult on her part. Asstard. Hmmm...maybe I should use that sometime. Dammit! I need to be serious right now she's holding a knife at me. His thoughts focused back in on the immediate threat of the knife. He eyed it cautiously but wasn't afraid. If she was confident enough to pull a knife on him then she must know how to use it pretty well. She may speak and act somewhat irrationally but I can tell her moves are calculated and precise. He completely disregarded her comment about taking her own shirt off if she was in his place. " Actually I took my shirt off because you went into your own room so I figured on being more comfortable when I fell asleep. And shirts aren't that comfortable to sleep in for me. I was going to have my shirt on before you woke up to see me without it but that didn't work out I suppose." she was on another attack against him and just tearing him up and he realized it was going anywhere to argue it so he cooled down minutely. " I quoted Shakespeare because I happen to like poetry and it was romantic. Whether you asked or not I delivered because I wanted to. It felt right." Her last threat that had been followed by the knife however almost sent him off the edge. It wasn't like he cared so much about his manhood that was an actual insult so much as she had threatened to actually castrate him, or so it seemed she had implied. That was going a little far he thought. Though he was confused that she said his clothes were in her closet. " My clothes are in your...closet? Well however that happened I'll be sure to remove them." his expression changed from frustration to confusion. How in the hell did my clothes get in her closet? This doesn't make any sense... He looked back into her eyes to see the wild fury present there. He could only look back in confusion and questioning. He hadn't actually planned on staying in her room so much as he wanted to crash there until he could find his own room to stay and have his things. After his initial confusion though he remembered the knife and what it was being threatened to be used for and his eyebrows clashed together again. Caiden didn't want to piss Casidy off even more by trying to disarm her or just restrain her but he didn't want to be held at knife-point either. It was unclear what he should do but whatever he decided he need to do so quickly or else lose his manhood. Speaking out he said," Whatever it is I did it wasn't intentional, Casidy, I was just going to crash here for the night. Yeah I hoped to be able to visit you after though. I'm not going to lie the prospect of seeing you after tonight didn't seem great but I still hoped. Call it weak if you will. Maybe it is. But I would rather put up with having that weakness and knowing I still have other strengths than to have no weakness and also not you. I'm not going to fight you so if you really want to stab me then go ahead." he tossed his shirt onto the couch behind him and put his hands up behind his head next to his ears and said," Go ahead. Break my skin with that blade you hold as many times as you wish or until you're satisfied I have been hurt enough. Kill me if you wish. I've been killed once so I doubt a second time will hurt any more so than the last." his eyes met hers and he looked deep into them. At least this time he could accept death and not flinch from it. He would be able to look his murderer in the eye as she struck the killing blows. Death did not scare him any longer and really there wasn't much reason to fight for life. Not like he had anything to defend but his own life which didn't seem worth anything since he had died once already. He closed his eyes and the breath came out warm and sweet between his lips. He exhaled one last hot breath and whispered," Do it..."

Casidy listened as he explained his reasoning on things. It didn't seem like a good excuse to her, and didn't really help calm her anger. She tried to tap into the thing that seemed the most important. He seemed confused about the clothes, but was making no move to remove them. "Yes, you clothes are there. You must have made the Angel's believe that you were living here. It is the only way that the clothes would go there. Now remove them and yourself. I'm going to have to physically wash them now. All my clothes." she told him, glaring. It would be the only way she would be able to get his smell out of them. It already got into her living room. She was going to need to figure out how to get some air freshener. It wasn't that she disliked his smell, it was just everywhere and it would always remind her of him. After she was gone, she didn't want to be reminded of him. Casidy then heard him talking about the knife. she forgot she was holding it. Looking down at the thin double edged blade, she couldn't help but smile. He was taking a huge risk asking her to cut him, and she wasn't going to disappoint. A few other people asked her to stab them, daring her to try. And she had. She didn't mind stabbing people, showing them that she had no problem dealing with the threat of the male. She looked back at Caiden and tilted her head at him. Her smile more like a creepy smirk. "I'm going to enjoy this..." she told him, licking her bottom lip at the thought of it. She enjoyed this part of who she was. She liked inflicting pain on those who annoyed her. And this man would annoy her for the last time tonight. With a quick flick flick of her wrist, a deep red line appeared diagonally across his chest. Another quick movement, and one appeared bisecting it, creating a giant X. Blood started to blur the crisp lines of the cuts, pouring over the edges onto his skin and sliding down his muscles. Casidy watched it before looking back to his eyes. A smile on her lips. "That is for annoying me so much.. I have no qualms over hurting you. Know that and know it well. Not only would I kill you, but I would kill you painfully and slowly. Do you understand?" She asked, wiping the blood from the knife onto her shirt. Now that she got that out of her system, her adrenalin faded away, leaving her very tired. She sighed before turning her back on him. "I don't care what you do anymore. I'm tired and am going to bed. If you're staying.. clean that up before you bleed on my couch." She ordered. With a growl, she strolled to her room, shut the door then looked at her closet. the sight of his clothes mixed with hers showed how much the man himself was integrated into her life now. He didn't seem to want to go away and probably wouldn't. It got on her nerves. She didn't want a friend, or anyone in her life. She just lost her gang and was kind of happy to be away from her obligations. She was going to leave anyways, to go off on her own. She quickly took a long, plad, button down guy's shirt, which she keeps to sleep in, from her dresser and put it on, along with some short shorts so she could sleep. She took her blades off and put them on the top of her dresser so that they would be close if she needed them. She then turned off the light and got into bed, hoping that by the time she woke up it would be morning and Caiden would be gone. There was no point in arguing with him, it just seemed to make him stay... or worse, talk.

The burn that radiated through his body stung as Casidy struck him twice. He winced but other than that the pain wasn't unbearable. He looked down as the blood trailed over his abs in a slow stream of red. He honestly didn't think he deserved this but if it calmed her down he could bear it. Looking back up and listening to her Caiden couldn't help but wonder why it took causing someone pain to make the girl before him calm down. It was definitely a different way of calming down but it had worked. She seemed a little drained and flushed. Caiden still wondered how they had shared that short moment back in the forest but now she seemed to have completely forgotten. He was not in a rush to forget it anytime soon. " Glad you have no problem hurting me. Or killing me as you said. Suppose I had it coming, eh? See you in the morning then." Grabbing his shirt he wiped the blood off his chest and looked around for something to wrap his stomach in. Remembering what she had said bout throwing stuff in the garbage and it reappearing he threw his bloody shirt into the trash can and imagined gauze and medical bandages to wrap himself up with. Now that he thought of it though the closet was in Casidy's room though so he was pretty much screwed. Reluctantly though he walked to her door. He looked down only to see that his cuts had stopped bleeding and didn't even look so bad anymore. In fact they seemed to be scarring over already. Weird...She only cut me a few minutes ago... Deciding he should probably wrap them up anyways he slowly put his fist up to Casidy's door and knocked. " Hey um I need to get something out of the closet could you let me in?" Letting his arm fall to his side Caiden waited for any kind of response and hoping she'd be cool now she was calmed down.

Casidy closed her eyes reluctantly. She didn't want to be asleep while he was still out there but there was little else she could do. She was tired and wanted to sleep. She was comfortable in her large bed, never having had one before. Growing up, she had a small twin sized bed that was covered in pink sheets and blankets even though she hated the colour. When she got older and left, she slept on the streets or where ever she could find. She only took rest when she needed to, but now she had this big bed and didn't have to be weary. At least not till Caiden decided he wanted to stay on her couch. Casidy couldn't believe that she was thinking about him again. This needed to stop but it was hard since she could still smell his scent on her. She thought that if she changed her clothes that it would go away, but that didn't seem to work. Instead, she still smelled it. Cas figured that it was from when he pinned her to the ground. That figured. It infuriated her at the same time that it calmed her. And she knew that it would be all over her dorm now. Growling, she put a pillow over her head so that she could possibly sleep better. But not even that kept the thoughts out. It didn't keep his voice out either. She heard him knock on her door then ask to be let it. Yeah, like that was going to happen. Removing the pillow, she sat up and threw it at the door. "Why wont you just leave me the fuck alone?!" she yelled through the door. There was no way he was looking through the closet. Her things were in there. the dresser was in there sure, but so were all her clothes, and undergarments. hah, not getting in here now she thought to herself. But she knew that if she left him out there he would continue. He might even come in without her permission. And if he did so once, he could do so more than once. Casidy growled once more as she pushed to her feet and shuffled over to the door. "What?" she asked as she opened it, before blinking slowly. His chest was healing, really fast. Remembering what he wanted, she stepped aside. "Fine, get what ever. Just don't touch what isn't yours.. its bad enough i have to smell like you," she told him and decided to watch him carefully.

When the door opened Caiden's eyes opened surprised. He hadn't expected it to actually work nor that she would consent, however reluctantly, to allow him in. He walked past her to the closet and opened it up to see the gauze and bandages on the floor. Bending over he reached down for the supplies and dropped to his knees as the scars on his chest sent waves of fresh pain worse than the actual cuts through his frame. "Ugh..." he coughed into his hand and when it came away there was blood spatters across his hand. " Damn..." wiping it on his pants there was still a blood stain on his hand. He held himself against the frame of the closet and pulled himself up by just his arms. He couldn't use his abs to support himself so he had to rely purely on arm strength which wasn't exactly lacking but still he needed to exert more to pull. He finally got to his feet and turned to walk back to the door. Casidy was still standing there looking peeved that he had interrupted her attempt to start sleeping. It was getting a little old really fast that she was annoyed so easily. He couldn't deny that he liked her but he also couldn't deny the fact that she was getting on his nerves with her constant temper and annoyance with him. He reached the door and leaned up against the frame. He glanced over at her. " So honestly what's your problem with me?" he turned and put his arms on either side of her head and leaned towards her as she stood against the wall. " What is it gonna take for me to get you to actually show you like me? What is it? Do I have to fight you or something? Show that I'm not a little wimp?" he stared into her eyes intently. Of course he was leaving his manhood open but whether she hit him there or not if she chose to hurt him it wouldn't matter where she hit because she probably knew where to hurt him.
